1st, nice staff, guests were warmly welcomed and escorted to the dinning table
2nd , very nice set up, customers were able to enjoy their food and privacy but still felt connected, good spacing.
3. Tables were well attended by the staff, eg , when water was quickly replenished when it runs low
4. Superb food, from presentation to taste, all excellent.
Appetizer has three items, each was unique, teasing your taste buds and stimulate your appetite.
Scallop reminds me of beach and sunshine, beautifully arranged, with good taste.
Beef Wellington, very challenging dish to make , either too wet or dry could cause a disaster, but it was very nicely done, covering outlayer was nice and brown, beef was juicy and tender. Even a regular dinning knife can easily cut the beef.
Loved the desert, pear and ice cream, great combination, pear was cooked just rigt, not too soft not too hard, its thinness was complimented by the richness of the ice cream. And you could never go wrong with the ice cream.
Mignardise was a nice bonus, very delicious!
Overall, very unique and great experience! Congrats to you all for the successful event and special thanks to the chefs for the well thought, well prepared food!
