    Good job!
    The ambiance was great, and the dishes were delicious ! For the scallops, my dish was missing the potatoes. No big deal though. Also, for the service, it is important to get the food out quickly, but make sure you don't seem like you're rushing in front of the guests!

    1st, nice staff, guests were warmly welcomed and escorted to the dinning table 2nd , very nice set up, customers were able to enjoy their food and privacy but still felt connected, good spacing. 3. Tables were well attended by the staff, eg , when water was quickly replenished when it runs low 4. Superb food, from presentation to taste, all excellent. Appetizer has three items, each was unique, teasing your taste buds and stimulate your appetite. Scallop reminds me of beach and sunshine, beautifully arranged, with good taste. Beef Wellington, very challenging dish to make , either too wet or dry could cause a disaster, but it was very nicely done, covering outlayer was nice and brown, beef was juicy and tender. Even a regular dinning knife can easily cut the beef. Loved the desert, pear and ice cream, great combination, pear was cooked just rigt, not too soft not too hard, its thinness was complimented by the richness of the ice cream. And you could never go wrong with the ice cream. Mignardise was a nice bonus, very delicious! Overall, very unique and great experience! Congrats to you all for the successful event and special thanks to the chefs for the well thought, well prepared food!

    V Day dinner was scrumptuous
    Complete delight to the taste buds. Loved everything. Favorite was the scallop with potatoes and lemon foam abed a beach of rocks. What a gourmet scene to envision before a slow enjoyable devour of favors. When is the next time? I would like a permanent seat in your unique restaurant. Your service was impeccable.

    My partner and I both agreed that it was a great night out. We didn't know what to expect, but were blown away by what we were presented with. I have paid a lot more for lower quality meals at reputable dining establishments. Some of the dishes could have been a little warmer, but we loved everything about the evening. Well done!

    All entrees were imaginative and delicious creations that were a pure delight to eat. The smoothie was a burst of flavors like a Willy Wonka ball of flavors. The soup was artistically presented. The salmon with rissotti was beautiful. The chicken was a medley of light greens and purees... so delectable. The coffee was a never before seen sensation. The last treat was a complete fun surprise. Loved the whole experience. Can't wait for the next time.

    The whole experience was wonderful. The dishes were all presented in fun and interesting ways and everything generally tasted great. The texture of the spherified smoothie at the beginning was really cool, and it acted as a nice palate cleanser. The consomme was a bit boring in terms of flavor, but the presentation and interactivity of the dish were very fun. The salmon dish felt a bit out of place in comparison all of the other more creative dishes, but it was cooked perfectly and the flavors in it went well together. Unfortunately I did not try the chicken roulade since it had nuts, but it looked great and everyone seemed to enjoy it; the risotto that I had instead was very tasty and had some nice flavors from the beets and squash. The coffee pots de creme for dessert was a fun play on espresso, and the orange cubes that accompanied it were delicious. Finally, the balloons with truffles at the end were a fun way to finish off the meal. Overall, there were a few elements that could be improved, but the meal as a whole was fantastic. In addition, the atmosphere in the room was very pleasant, and the pacing of the meal was perfect. The students serving the food were also very amiable and were happy to explain what we were eating and how it was made. This was a great experience, which I am very happy to have had. Thank you Cookology for a fantastic night.

    Dear Cookology, It was an amazing dinner tonight. I want to thank you for your hard work and wonderful artistic cooking that had brought me and my friend such joyful time. Every dish is do good. The smoothie is such fun experience to feel it melt in my mouth. The soup is so light and tasty. The samon dish had beautiful presentation and so crispy. The main course is so good, everyone enjoyed to the last bit, the chicken is so tender. The dessert is amazing. The last ballon dish bring us such fun. In the end, we all hope to come to your restaurant again and also hope you can teach us how to cook these wonderful dish. Great job. Thank you.
